Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Who we are

Solopreneur Protocol is a trading name of 3D CODED LIMITED. © 2026 3D CODED LIMITED. Registered in England & Wales, company no. 12155468. Registered office: Office 7, Block B1, Chorley Business & Technology Centre, Euxton Lane, Chorley, PR7 6TE. Contact: hello@3dcoded.com.

2. The service

Solopreneur Protocol scores the idea description you write against a fixed, published rubric, run on our server (no AI model is used) (problem clarity, target customer, offer and price, channel, effort to first sale). The score is a consistency filter based only on your words. It is not business, financial or legal advice, and it is not a prediction of success, demand or revenue. You are responsible for your own decisions.

3. Free use and Full Access

Each account gets 1 free score. Full Access costs £29 GBP one-time (including any VAT), paid via Stripe Checkout. It unlocks unlimited scores (subject to fair use), the Idea Vault and the Full Access Playbook (educational guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice) for as long as we operate the service. It is not a subscription and does not renew. If we ever close the service we will give reasonable notice by email.

4. Immediate supply and your right to cancel

Full Access is digital content supplied immediately. Before payment we ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access starts (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37). If access has not yet started, you may still cancel. Your statutory rights are not affected: if the service is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair, replacement or a refund. Please contact us about any problem, including if access does not unlock after payment.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Do not enter other people's personal data or confidential information you are not allowed to share.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or automate requests beyond fair use. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for business losses arising from decisions you make using the score.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring claims in your local courts.
