What we collect
Your email address (to sign you in), the idea descriptions you submit and their scores, whether you have Full Access, and payment records from Stripe (we never see your full card details). Our host may keep basic technical logs.
How your idea is scored
Your idea text is scored on our server by a fixed, deterministic rubric (the same words always get the same score). It is not sent to any AI model or third-party scoring service.
Why and lawful basis
To provide the service you asked for (contract), to keep payment and consent records (legal obligation), and to keep the service secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Processors
Supabase (database, sign-in and sending sign-in emails), Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting). Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep your account and ideas until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Payment records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing by emailing hello@3dcoded.com. You can delete individual ideas yourself in the Idea Vault. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies; only essential cookies for sign-in.
